Christopher’s Background
Christopher graduated from The Citadel in 1990 and moved to Murrells Inlet in 1994. He has spent his time as a residential builder on the Grand Strand ever since. In 2004, he became a licensed South Carolina homebuilder. Chris has also been performing home inspections for 15+ years and prides himself on the thoroughness of his reports, his attention to detail, and the general information provided.
It’s very important to Christopher that he makes himself available to his clients after the inspection report has been completed. He will answer any and all questions, and he also knows an extensive network of professionals. Therefore, it’s easy for him to provide a referral to any client who needs someone to help them further evaluate an issue or provide repairs.
