Pre-Listing / Seller’s Inspection
Before you list your home for sale, be sure to get it inspected by Walton Inspection Services! We’ll let you know its true condition, which will help you set the best possible price. Whether you choose to repair, replace, or disclose the home’s faults, it will put you in a much better position to close a deal.
New Construction
Your newly constructed home may look perfect upon an initial look, but what’s hiding behind the scenes? We will review your home to determine whether your contractor used common shortcuts or ignored part of your blueprints. We’ll let you know about anything that’s wrong right away, so you can tell your contractor about what they need to fix.
New Construction Phase Inspections
Would you like to know for sure that your newly constructed house is going to be in great shape? Hire Walton Inspection Services to visit the construction site multiple times. Any errors that we come across can be reported to the contractor, which will make cleanup a lot easier.
11-Month / Builder’s Warranty
Find out if you have anything to report to your builder by having us conduct an 11-Month/Builder’s Warranty inspection. This will protect you from having to make unnecessary payments for repairs that should be covered. But don’t wait to schedule your service as most builders give you only one-year to verify that everything is in good shape.
Home Maintenance Inspection
We can help ensure that your home stays in great shape by conducting regular Home Maintenance Inspections. This will save you lots of time and money in the long run, especially because we note which systems and components are going to break in the near future.
4-Point Inspection
Your insurance provider may require a 4-Point Inspection if you’re purchasing an older home. Please note that this does not take the place of a Buyer’s Inspection. Instead, it focuses only on:
- HVAC
- Roof
- Plumbing
- Electrical
Loan Draw Inspection
Your lender will most likely require a Loan Draw Inspection before they release a check to your contractor. We will visit the construction site to see what type of shape your house is in. We’ll let your lender know if everything is being properly handled, including whether the home is on budget.
Re-Inspection
The only way to know for certain that your home is ready for move-in is by having it Re-Inspected. This time we’ll check to ensure that your home repair addendum was addressed properly. Additionally, we’ll look for anything that may have gone wrong at the last minute.
Wind Mitigation
Is your house in good shape to withstand the force of hurricane winds? With our Wind Mitigation service, we’ll check to see what type of protections are already in place. We can also advise you about what techniques you should purchase. This is a great way to get a discount from your insurance provider!
